FERNANDO “OSWALDO” LEONZO
Fernando is a founder and the Chairman & CEO of LFER. Prior to LFER, he held executive roles at various consumer packaged goods companies where he had responsibilities for sales, marketing and logistics, specifically managing DSD (Direct Store Delivery) networks. He served as a regional manager for Deep River Snacks and held a managerial role for Reeds Beverage Company (NYSE American:REED). Fernando also previously served as Sales Director of CheeseWorks, a UK-based, privately held company specializing in the import and sale of gourmet cheeses and snacks. He has exceled in these tasks with a total of 19 years in the industry. Fernando has established long-standing relationships with food & beverage manufacturers, contract packagers, raw material vendor sources (both in the U.S. and in Latin America), as well as a solid clientele base of distributors throughout the U.S. Food & Beverage industry.
Previously, he spent a decade in the financial services industry, initially as a sales executive with financial firms such as Sands Brothers & Co. and Spear Leeds & Kellogg and later for a major clearinghouse on Wall Street. JC is a Founder, Board Member and President of LFER. He is also the founder of Latin Sales & Marketing, LLC., and Pangea Multicultural Solutions, LLC, both are full service food brokerage firms that provide product development, marketing and logistics for CPG companies targeting a mass retail audience. Currently they have over $50M in net sales under close management. He previously served as Managing Director of family-owned Falcon International Distributors, LLC, a leading food and beverage distributor (East Coast US), where he was responsible for procurement and operations. During his tenure, the Company increased sales from $9M to $100M+. The Company was sold in 2011. JC has spent his whole career of 19 years as an entrepreneur in the U.S. Food & Beverage Industry.
Mr. Romagosa is an alumnus of St. John’s University, where he majored in Finance and Business Administration. He has received Chamber of Commerce awards in NY and NJ for the contribution of over a million pounds of donated products to food banks.ROBERT GUNTHER
Robert is a Founder, Board Member and COO of LFER. He has over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing, marketing, and sales both in consumer goods and the construction industry. Robert has extensive expertise in client needs analysis in the development of new, innovative products. He has developed a large portfolio of accounts in both the retail and manufacturing industry. His proven track record in guiding sizeable teams is supported by a history of outstanding customer and vendor relationships, while ensuring quality customer service.
Most recently, he has led his own import/export business specializing in the textile industry. He was previously Senior Account Executive, Vice President of Premier Narrow Fabrics, where he was responsible for millions in sales for major accounts.
Ms. Luna’s background includes newly minted “2018 California Cannabis Awards” winner as Best Accountant. Founder and CEO of Aviva Spectrum, a leading compliance and auditing firm headquartered in Los Angeles. More than 18 years of compliance, internal and external audit experience. Uniquely selected and appointed to serve as the accounting and auditing expert for the Securities Exchange Commissions’ Advisory Committee on Smaller & Emerging Growth Companies. Elected by auditing peers, to serve as a Board member to the Los Angeles Chapter of the IIA. Expert witness and writer for topics which include internal audit, SOX 404, COSO & ERM implementations. Over 8,000 compliance followers on social media, including BlogTalk Radio, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter. Including over 40,000 downloads and views of accounting and auditing content originally produced by Sonia Luna. Active advisor to cannabis organizations such as WebJoint and Hood Incubators.
In 2012 at the age of 24 years old, Andrew Mathews started his first own business with a $1,000 to start a company called America's Clearance Wholesale (B2B retail goods) which he built up to where the business was netting six figures within twelve months. Towards the end of 2013 he also opened up one of the first Vape stores in all of San Diego and certainly the first one by SDSU called Pick Vapor. At this point Andrew started educating himself in the cannabis industry and through the dispensaries that were buying wholesale vape products was able to get comfortable with the cannabis industry. Andrew decided to sell both the vape shop and his wholesale business to start his first cannabis dispensary. He was able to open up seven dispensaries throughout southern California and sold five of them prior to starting Green Life Business Group Inc. Andrew knows the operational side very well on the retail side of the cannabis industry.
