Mahmood is an entrepreneur with multiple startup in his 30 plus years experience leading product strategy, sales and marketing, solution implementations, and customer success and operations programs. He founded SpeechWare, Inc. in 1989, a CRM technology and professional services company in San Jose, CA. He served as CEO and President till 1999. In 2004 he founded G-ESI, a consulting and professional services company, in Santa Clara, CA. In 2008, he co-founded Terra-Polaris, a original arts gallery in Campbell, California and deployed a Cloud based commercial site. In October 2015, he co-founded Crosscode, an enterprise software mapping and analysis firm located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and served as sr. VP of Strategy and Customer Success.

Mahmood’s passion is technologies and simplifying complexities using data & software intelligence to create value. He has deep knowledge and experience in software development, migration and modernization of mission critical legacy solutions, ERP, productivity improvements, process optimization, operations and risk management. He has successfully delivered solutions in multiple industries including retail, manufacturing, banking, telecommunications and federal and states. His major clients have included William Sonoma, Sears, Aramark, GM, DreamWorks, USPS, Bay Area Transportation Authority, State of Washington, CA-DOJ, Ericsson, and Telia. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine, B.Sc. from Salford University England, PMI-PMP, and multiple technology certificates.



Fernando is a co-founder and the Chairman of Life On Earth (LFER).  Prior to LFER, he held executive roles at various consumer packaged goods companies throughout the full spectrum of the supply chain. After recently stepping down as the Company’s Chief Executive he helped Life On Earth throughout his seven year tenure navigate the public markets in every aspect including corporate finance and compliance. Mr. Leonzo has helped both public and private companies raise millions of dollars in capital for their business models His familiarity with many complex financing options such as equity, debt (including derivatives), equity lines of credit, and other financing instruments and securities has been a tremendous asset to companies like Life On Earth. His complete understanding of the public capital markets as well as relating to the investors and shareholders has made him a welcomed board member of our company. Mr. Leonzo also has extensive experience working with external PCAOB accredited accounting firms to perform annual audits as well as quarterly filings with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission. His familiarity with the implementation of processes and procedures for internal auditing and compliance requirements are also helping Life On Earth move to its new business model within the technology industry.

Prior to founding Life On Earth Mr. Leonzo also served as Sales Director of several Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies. Mr. Leonzo has over 20 years in CPG industry. He has established long-standing relationships with manufacturers, contract packagers, raw material vendor sources (both in the U.S. and in Latin America), as well as a solid clientele base of distributors throughout the U.S. Food & Beverage industry. Mr. Leonzo also spent a decade in the financial services industry, initially as an operational and trading executive with financial firms such as Sands Brothers & Co. and Spear Leeds & Kellogg a major market maker, specialists and clearinghouse on Wall Street.  He earned his B.A. from New York University in International Relations.



JC is a Co-Founder and currently serves as Board Member and President of Life On Earth, Inc. (LFER).  He is the founder and managing member of LS&M, LLC, a full-service CPG brokerage firm that provides full-service commercialization, product development, marketing, and logistics management for major CPG companies worldwide with over $100M in sales under management. He also serves as founder and board member of a real estate private equity fund and a major grain packaging company both residing in the state of New York. JC has many years of experience navigating LFER through the public markets in respect to corporate finance, raising equity/debt and public company compliance. He previously served as Managing Director of family-owned Falcon International Distributors, LLC, a leading CPG distribution company, where he was responsible for procurement and operations. During his tenure, the Company increased sales from $9M to over $100M before the company was successfully sold in 2012.

Mr. Romagosa is an alumnus of St. John’s University, where he majored in Finance and Business Administration and has received Chamber of Commerce awards in both NY and NJ for his achievements.



Robert is a Founder, Board Member and COO of LFER.  He has over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing, marketing, and sales. Robert has extensive expertise in client needs analysis in the development of new innovative products. He has developed a large portfolio of accounts in the service, retail, and manufacturing industries. His proven track record in guiding sizeable teams, is supported by a history of outstanding customer and vendor relationships, while ensuring quality customer service. 

Over the course of the last 6 years, Robert has been responsible for overseeing SEC filings, reporting, coordinating with transfer agent, and all other compliance issues.
