Constellation Brands is a leading international producer and marketer of beer, wine and spirits with operations throughout the world. Their partnership with Canopy Growth, a diversified cannabis and hemp company, may have signaled to the rest of the market place that the market for beverages with new CBD infusions could turn out to be very popular with consumers.
In December 2018, Tilray, Inc. (TLRY) (Market Cap: $7.176B, Share Price: $77.03)announced a $100M deal with Anheuser-Busch InBev to form a partnership to research cannabis-infused drinks for the Canadian market. Both companies will each be investing $50M in the project to study non-alcoholic drinks containing cannabidiol or CBD.

Bob Marley CBD-infused beverages were introduced at the Winter Fancy Food Show on January 13th. The first product to rollout is anticipated to be Marley+CBD Mellow Mood, relaxation drinks in 15.5 oz cans with 25 mg of pharmaceutical grade CBD per serving.
